     CHARLES F. SMITH, JR., is the owner of Smith Law Offices, PC which he incorporated in 1996. Chuck has been actively practicing law for since 1988. He graduated from Palmerton High School in 1981, Lafayette College in 1985 and Villanova University School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

    Chuck primarily handles commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, condemnation, sheriff's sales and various municipal matters. He has represented Budget Store & Lock, Inc. since its inception in the acquisition of  over forty self-service storage facilities. Chuck is Solicitor for the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office and the Borough of Catasauqua. He is condemnation counsel for the Allentown Parking Authority. 

    Chuck is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a board member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and the Carbon County Bar Association. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lehigh County Historical Society.  He is a former member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors and has served as Chairperson of the PBA YLD.
