
CHARLES F. SMITH, JR., is the owner of Smith Law Offices, PC which he formed in 1996. Chuck is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1988 and New Jersey in 1993. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Chuck routinely handles commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, condemnation, Sheriff's sales (representing the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office) and other matters. Chuck often represents business owners with the many legal issues that arise in the course of operations. He has represented Budget Store & Lock, Inc. since its formation and has handled the acquisition of over forty self-service storage facilities for Budget. Chuck is condemnation counsel for the Allentown Parking Authority.
Chuck currently serves as Vice President of the Bar Association of Lehigh County (BALC). He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the Carbon County Bar Association. He served as Chairperson of the PBA YLD and as a member of the PBA Board of Governors. He currently serves on the Board of the Allentown Police Athletic League (PAL).
