CHARLES F. SMITH, JR., established Smith Law Offices, PC thirty years ago in 1996.  Chuck has been licensed in PA since 1988 and has handled a wide variety of legal matters over a thirty-eight year span.  

     Chuck started out with a focus on civil litigation and was a staff trial lawyer for a major insurance company in Philadelphia handling personal injury and workers compensation cases. While he continues to handle civil litigation, he has also handled many real estate and business related transactions and often represents business owners with legal issues that arise during the course of operations.  He has represented Budget Store & Lock, Inc. since its formation and has handled the acquisition of more than forty self-service storage facilities.  He currently represents the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office and conducts the Lehigh County Sheriff's Sales each month. Chuck is also condemnation counsel for the Allentown Parking Authority.

     Chuck is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in PA in 1988 and NJ in 1993.  He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of PA, the U.S. District Court for the District of NJ, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

    Chuck currently serves as VP of the Bar Association of Lehigh County (BALC).  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the Carbon County Bar Association. He is a past Chairperson of the PBA YLD and served on the PBA Board of Governors.  He currently serves on the Board of the Allentown Police Athletic League.
