
CHARLES F. SMITH, JR., established Smith Law Offices, PC in 1996. Chuck often represents business owners with the many legal issues that arise during the course of operations. He has thirty-eight years of experience with a wide array of legal matters. The goal is to solve problems in an efficient and straight-forward manner.
He has represented Budget Store & Lock, Inc. since its formation and has handled the acquisition of more than forty self-service storage facilities. Chuck is condemnation counsel for the Allentown Parking Authority. He represents the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office.
Chuck is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in PA in 1988 and NJ in 1993. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of PA, the U.S. District Court for the District of NJ, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Chuck currently serves as VP of the Bar Association of Lehigh County (BALC). He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the Carbon County Bar Association. He served as Chairperson of the PBA YLD and as a member of the PBA Board of Governors. He was recently added to the Board of the Allentown Police Athletic League.
